Preliminary insurance knowledge is not needed, although a facility for learning is essential. We will teach you everything you need to know about this service-based industry and our agency’s customer-centric approach. Customer Advocates and Account Executives will be required to obtain their NJ Property and Casualty licenses shortly after being hired if those licenses are not already held.
